If you visit your event tab RECIPIENTS post sending and see some recipients marked with a blue "temporary error(s)" Error:
This means, that our system received a notification that these emails could not be delivered at the moment.
This can have many reasons.
Please wait 1 day - then you can resend these emails for free.
Note: When sending a second time our system uses an alternative server with a different optimization.
Usually a second sending reached the recipient inboxes.

If not,
we offer the following additional free options to send personal invitations or cards in an alternative way:
- Share the personal sending via a Link.
- Share the personal sending via WhatsApp
- Use SEND TO YOURSELF to send the personal sending to the Account email. With access to the account email you can receive the personal sending and forward it via your own computer/system to the recipient´s email you believe is correct.
You can find all these alternativ options in the grey drop down for each recipient.
