How do I customize my eventkingdom sender email?

Customize Sender ermail for Professional Plan

Please go to ACCOUNT / SETTINGS and then to PRO & ENTERPRISE SETTINGS

On the right side you see: Domain & Sender email setup

Please clck on EDIT to edit your Sender email.

Please enter the text you wish to use before @ e.g. your company name and CLICK SAVE

We need to verify your requested Sender email, which usually takes 15-30 minutes.

After verification - your account is ready to use your customized EventKingdom Sender email.
