Yes, this is possible.
In addition to the personalization on the digital envelope you can also add personalization on each card.
There are 2 options.
OPTION 1: Add a Text box for the <Recipient's name(s)>
In the admin section on the left side of each card you can find a button:
SHOW RECIPIENT'S NAME(S)
By clicking on this button you can add the <Recipient's name(s)> text box.
HOW CAN I DESIGN THE RECIPIENT(S) NAME TEXT BOX?
1. You can design how the names will be displayed here - e.g. Font type and Color.
2. You can set the size of the Recipient's name(s)
(Please note that if the name is very long - it will be automatically made smaller to fit in 1 line.)
3. Each <Recipient's name(s)> is taken from the tab "RECIPIENTS".
On the tab RECIPIENTS is where you can add your recipients, e.g. singles or couples/families.
- If you are inviting e.g. Mr. John Smith, then Mr. John Smith will be displayed on the card.
- If you are invitation e.g. Mr. and Mrs. John and Mary Smith, then this name will be displayed on the card.
- There is also an option to address your recipients in 2 different ways, e.g.
- "Mr. and Mrs. John and Mary Smith" on the digital envelope and
- "John and Mary" on the card(s)
- Please visit our section GUEST MANAGEMENT / EDIT RECPIENT
OPTION 2:
INTEGRATE THE RECIPIENT'S NAME directly into the flow text inside a standard text box - by adding [name2] to the flow text.
Please see "Dear [name2]," in the flow text on the card below.
You can type [name2] into the flow text where ever you need it.
We recommend an full line for a [name2] since names can be short or long.
Here the example of the card with a name taken from the tab RECIPIENTS
PROs and CONs FOR OPTION 1 and OPTION 2:
1. If you wish to have flow text - then it easier with OPTION 2 to integrate the <RECIPEINT'S NAME(S)> into the flow text.
2. If you wish that the font for the <RECIPEINT'S NAME(S)> is the same as the rest of the text, then OPTION 2 is easier.
3. <RECIPEINT'S NAME(S)> can be short or long.
In option 2 - if the name is long - then there can be a line break, which might not look perfect.
Option 1 with an own Text Box is a bit smarter and auto reduces the size of the font to make all <RECIPEINT'S NAME(S)> fit into 1 line.
