Can I view an Event History for each contact in a CRM overview?

Contact Event History

yes, you can view an event history for each contact in your address book. The event history displays all invitations & sendings to the contacts email address.

HOW TO:

Top right please go to ACCOUNT and click in the drop down on ADDRESS BOOK.

Inside your ADDRESS BOOK you can find your contact or search for a contact.

Please click on the Contact Name of interest.

A contact window opens.

Please click on the EVENTS tab.

Here is where you can view all sendings to a contacts email address and act accordingly for future events.
