Can I add personalization to the Email Subject

Yes, this is possible.

ADD PERSONALISATION TO EMAIL SUBJECT

Please go to ACCOUNT / MY EVENTS and click on your event.

You will be taken to the tab RECIPIENTS.

When sending invitations, cards or messages/reminders a Sending Confirmation Window appears.

CONFIRMATION WINDOW

Here is where you can edit the Email Subject (and sender name etc.)

If you wish to add your name option 1 to the email subject, please add [name1] 

If you wish to add your name option 2 to the email subject, please add [name2]

EDIT ADDRESSING OF RECIPIENT:

Each recipient can have 2 options to be addressed by.

[name1] - appears on the virtual envelope or where ever you wish to add [name1]

[name2] - can be used on a card or where ever you wish to add [name2]

Please click on the RECIPIENT'S NAME on the tab RECIPEINTS to open the Edit Window:

Here you can also edit how the [name1] appears on the virtual envelope (In case it is long and needs editing)

WHY PERSONALIZATION IS POSITIVE

Personalization can reduce the number of emails landing in spam.

Personalization can lead to higher open rates, since recipients open personal emails more often.

Of course personalization costs time, but this is generally well respected in the community, hence higher open rates.

We therefore recommend sending personal invitations and cards if possible.
