Can I set a guest limit for my total guest count and enable a waiting list?

Yes, this is possible.

This is useful if you are e.g. organizing a dinner and need to limit your total guest count to e.g. 80.

If the guest count has been reached and you wish to offer a waiting list, this is also possible.

1. Where can the guest limit be set and waiting list enabled?

The guest limit can be set on the tab REPLY PAGE under "EVENT DETAILS" (Screen blow)

This feature is supported for single and multiple invitations.

Multi Invitation event:

You can set guest limits per Invitation, e.g. 50 for a Friday Rehearsal Dinner and 150 for a Wedding Soirée on Saturday.

 

2. What do my recipients/guests see if the limit is reached?

Once your limit is reached your guests will see a message and will still be able to contact you via the message box. (Please see Screen below)
