How do I invite co-organizers to work as a team?

Please enter your event.

Top left you will see the option "CO-ORGANIZERS".

Each CO-ORGANIZER receives an email invitation to become a CO-ORGANIZER and needs to confirm by clicking a a link in the email.

If the CO-ORGANIZER is not yet a member of EventKingdom, he/she will be ask to register.

Each CO-ORGANIZER has access to the Event and has all edit and sending rights.

Message notification can be turned off in each account on the ACCOUNT / SETTINGS tab.



At the moment co-organizers can only be added. You can though at any time enter the co-organizer account and go to ACCOUNT/SETTINGS and change the Name and email of the account.
