What do the different colors for monitoring mean?

We select your recipients into different groups.

Before you send the status column is grey. 

(The display is different if you are using the multi event functionality.)

After you have sent all recipients turn WHITE and are marked "delivered".

(Recipient emails, which threw errors are marked accordingly for you to edit.) Please see the article about errors.

After a couple of minutes your recipient list will begin to develop.

The first recipients become YELLOW, which means that the sendings have been VIEWED.

Once a recipient has become YELLOW he is not counted anymore in the WHITE (delivered) number. Same thing when the same recipient turns GREEN or RED. He is then only counted in one of these numbers.

After the first YELLOWS you will see that the first recipients become GREEN or RED (if you have the RSVP function turned on - please see reply page options).
