Create albums / upload and edit photos / Share Photos
You can add this page any time - before your sending to e.g. add a personal touch or after your event to share photos with your guests.
HOW TO ADD THE PHOTO PAGE?
- Go to the REPLY PAGE tab of your event
- Go to the Left Side of page and open ADD PAGES
- Click on "PHOTOS" to add the photo page
- After adding the Photo page you see the Photo page at the top below the REPLY page.
- You can navigate here from one page to the other.
- Add the Title of the First Album you wish to add and then click on CREATE NEW ALBUM
HOW TO UPLOAD AND EDIT PHOTOS?
- After clicking on CREATE NEW ALBUM you will see the UPLOADER and can upload photos into your album.
- The photos will be displayed on the album page after uploading
- You can drag and drop the photos to the position you wish.
- You can click the Radio Button at the top left of each photo to define it as ALBUM COVER PHOTO
- To remove a photo please click on the X in the top right corner of each photo.
HOW TO SHARE YOUR PHOTOS?
- After uploading photos to an Album - the SHARE BUTTON at the top appears.
- Click on SHARE to send your guests a Notification email with a direct Access button to your Photo page.
In the SHARE WINDOW you can:
- Choose if you wish to send a notification to ALL GUESTS and ONLY ACCEPTED ones.
- Edit the Sender Name
- Edit the Email Subject
- Add a message to the notification email
- After you CONFIRM your guests will receive an email with a direct access button.
HOW DO YOUR GUESTS VIEW YOUR PHOTOS?
When your guests click on VIEW PHOTOS they get taken directly to the Photo page of your event.
Your guests can click on the Album Cover Photo to open the album and view the Slideshow.
The Photo display page and slideshow are optimized for all devices; Mobile, Tablets and Desktops.
